What is your Returns Policy?
Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and packaged as new in the original packaging. What is your Cancellation Policy?
Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 12 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full immediate refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours. However if 12 hours has passed since you placed your order, our packing and shipping process will have started, and you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.
